The hotel was opened in 2007, and the latest renovation was carried out in 2023 for both the rooms and public areas. The total area of the territory is 90,000 square meters. It consists of a main 5-story building, five 4-story lake houses, two 2-story villas, and six 2-story Lake House villas. The hotel accommodates guests with limited physical abilities, and wheelchairs are also available upon request. The pool has elevators, and there is a special entrance to the beach for disabled guests.

The hotel boasts terraced buildings surrounded by vast pools, tall palm trees, and a green garden. Its amenities include a sandy Mediterranean beach, a luxurious spa, and La Calisse Spa, which offers state-of-the-art beauty treatments, including two heated pools with a glass ceiling, two marble hammams, and various massages, such as stone therapy, ayurveda, and foam massages.

All of the spacious accommodations at Susesi Luxury Resort are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Some suites feature a private terrace pool, a wind-protected balcony, and a hydro-massage tub.

The hotel offers a variety of fine dining options, including indoor and outdoor restaurants, with Italian specialties available at the à la carte restaurant. Sport and animation activities offered day and night include a bowling hall, morning yoga, and Turkish courses, as well as a golf course and tennis courts.
